The Framework
Predictive Cost Modeling and Cost Optimization serve as the underpinning of SCA’s solutions. Predictive Modeling and Optimization of Costs is a methodology that uniquely unites Operations and Cost in one powerful modeling framework that enables Enterprises to view their business in yet-to-be scenarios. The resulting scenarios can be viewed in terms of Operational metrics and Financial Statements that are consistent with what the different functions within the company would need to make decisions and successfully execute the chosen scenario.
The Components
