Samarth is the President and Founder of SCA Technologies, where he has lead the effort to produce dramatic results for clients through the development and implementation of business analysis solutions. Prior to SCA, he was the co-founder and Vice President of Logistics and Technology for HubOne Logistics, a 3rd party logistics provider that produced benchmark results in the area of distribution costs. During his tenure at HubOne, he conceptualized, designed and led the development of a revolutionary logistics integration software tool that optimizes the flow of goods in a multi-echelon distribution network.
Before co-founding HubOne, Samarth rapidly progressed to senior management responsibilities at Northside Foods, where he was recognized for his proven capabilities in strategic supply chain management and business development. He started his career at Xerox where he was involved with strategic sourcing.
Samarth has been a guest lecturer on Operations Management and Strategic Cost Analysis at Carnegie Mellon University, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Management. He is also involved with several philanthropic organizations associated with children's education. |

Vishy Visweswaran, Chief Technology Officer |

Vishy leads the development of SCA's proprietary technologies in the areas of supply chain cost analysis and optimization. He brings many years of experience in designing and implementing optimization solutions while at Mobil Oil Corporation, and through his academic research at Princeton University. Vishy received a M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
He has presented and published extensively in the area of optimization, and is the co-author of several chapters on optimization of challenging problems in the production planning and design arena. Vishy is also the co-author of patents for optimizing lubricant production. |

Jim Dooley, Vice President
of Sales |

| Jim is a 25-year veteran of the
high-tech industry where he has held
executive positions in both Sales and
Marketing. Jim has worked with
start-ups as well as mature
organizations in the high-tech software
and services industry. In each of his
previous positions, he successfully
built and managed his teams - increasing
sales, expanding pipelines and improving
win-loss ratios. Most recently, Jim was
a Principal at InfoMentis – a consulting
and training organization providing
services to Microsoft and numerous other
organizations.
Prior to that he was Vice President
of Sales for Apriva, Vice President,
Chief Sales Officer for Extreme Logic –
Microsoft’s North American Partner of
the Year. Jim also held the position of
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
for METASeS where he built a sales team
responsible for selling internet
security solutions. In addition, Jim has
also worked in other executive sales and
marketing capacities at METASeS,
Transchannel, Armstrong Laing, Viasoft
and MSA/Dun & Bradstreet Software. Jim
holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Niagara

improvement, and IT strategy. Elie has
been in a management role with companies
including Rock-Tenn Co. as Plant
Manager; J.D. Edwards World as Solutions
Client Services Operations Manager,
eConnections as Director of Professional
Services; 180Commerce as VP of Client
Services; D.T. Consulting as Client
Program Director, INDUS Intl. as
Professional Services Director, and most
recently VENTYX Inc. as Director of
Program Management.
