BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Samarth is the President and Founder of SCA Technologies, where he has lead the effort to produce dramatic results for clients through the development and implementation of business analysis solutions. Prior to SCA, he was the co-founder and Vice President of Logistics and Technology for HubOne Logistics, a 3rd party logistics provider that produced benchmark results in the area of distribution costs. During his tenure at HubOne, he conceptualized, designed and led the development of a revolutionary logistics integration software tool that optimizes the flow of goods in a multi-echelon distribution network.

Before co-founding HubOne, Samarth rapidly progressed to senior management responsibilities at Northside Foods, where he was recognized for his proven capabilities in strategic supply chain management and business development. He started his career at Xerox where he was involved with strategic sourcing.

Samarth has been a guest lecturer on Operations Management and Strategic Cost Analysis at Carnegie Mellon University, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Management. He is also involved with several philanthropic organizations associated with children's education.

Joe has more than 25 years of software sales and operational leadership experience.  Joe is currently the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at StarCite. He has also held positions as EVP Corporate Strategy with Ventyx (previously Indus International), a leading provider of service delivery management solutions for energy and utility companies; Chairman and CEO of SynQuest which specializes in Supply Chain software; President of the Manufacturing Division of D&B Software Business System Unit; Consultant for Warburg Pincus; and President of Kaseworks. Joe began his career at Xerox in sales and marketing management.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University.

John is one of the leaders of the Strategic Planning and Emerging Business and Technology Practices at Thorp Reed and Armstrong LLC. He has a broad tax and corporate practice with a particular focus in the tax, technology and venture capital area. He has been included in the Best Lawyers in America since 1995.

He is on the Board of Directors of the MIT Enterprise Forum and a former Chairman of the Penn State Tax Conference, and Pittsburgh Tax Club. He holds a bachelor’s Degree from Due University and a J.D. from Dickinson School of Law.
